Kieran’s journey into the world of massage therapy began at an institution in Quebec, called l’Académie de massage et D’orthothérapie’. He completed the course bilingually; and in the Spring of 2011 received his first diploma with Honours.

Kieran decided to move to Ontario to become a Registered Massage Therapist because Ontario massage therapists are some of the best trained in the world, and with this education knew he could practise massage therapy anywhere. Kieran studied at Algonquin College and graduated in 2015.

Having travelled quite extensively, Kieran took an interest in learning more of other culture’s unique forms of massage. He proceeded to take courses which stem from Japanese origins named Ashiatsu (Ashi for foot, Shiatsu for specific pressure). This form of massage is done barefooted by practitioners. It is a deep-tissue massage performed with the use of secure overhead bars whilst hanging with their weight. Kieran is the only male therapist within Canada who has studied both courses regarding this specific modality. Ashiatsu has been known to lengthen a massage therapists’ careers as well. Kieran continually advance’s his professional knowledge with the use of extra courses, or health-related content.

Kieran provides quality client-centred care. He believes that open-communication between therapist and client is rooted in a mutual sense of trust felt by both, as well as respect.

Kieran is an avid artist whether that be music, illustration, painting, or writing. He enjoys fire spinning as a performance art; which he does at music festivals, shows, and events about the National Capital region in the summertime. Kieran very much enjoys going camping, as well as hiking on the many beautiful outdoor trails this area has to offer.
